A black bear visited us and tried to get into our whiskey barrel. He scared the living daylights out of Avery, who was doing homework at the kitchen table when he heard a loud bang (which turned out to be the barrel being flipped over)! According to him, the bear looked him in the eyes through the sliding glass doors. We all watched him mosey away and over the fence.
