Here’s what we were up to in February. We started the month off with a visit to the Seattle Boat Show.

Our friends, the Estes, invited us to spend mid-winter break in Chelan with them. We had a great time!

Jonathan and I have been thinking about and looking for a new boat for more than a year. We finally found the one for us! She’s a 1973 36′ Grand Banks Trawler, Everlong. We look forward to many adventures with the kids on Lake Washington and exploring the San Juan’s.

Yesterday we went through the Ballard Locks when I heard someone calling my name. It was my friend, Lindsay Kokich with her son and daughter. Jackson was Avery’s original best friend and we spent a lot of time together as new moms. She took these pics of us at the locks. Such a small world!

We went to Lake Chelan with our friends, the Estes, for mid-winter break. The boys had a day of skiing, girls had a day of shopping. There was a lot of pool and hot tub playing and relaxing, many great meals and lots of laughs.
