The Big Flood

In mid-December an atmospheric river brought significant flooding and much excitement to the Snoqualmie Valley. I’ll let the pictures tell the story. Jonathan got some great aerial shots with his drone, which got featured on the news.

Snoqualmie Middle School was on an island. The water came right up to the sandbags but did not come in the building

Once it was safe, we took the kids to go see the Falls and downtown

Here are some pics I grabbed off social media

Cabo

Our good friend, Laura, celebrated her milestone birthday this year with a Cabo trip with roughly 50 of her nearest and dearest. We had an amazing time and made many memories!

Nutcracker Performance

Layla’s performed in her dance studio’s put performance of The Nutcracker Sweets again, this year as a flower fairy. It’s so fun watching she and her friends develop as dancers! She’s in the back right in this pic.

Her company put on an additional Holidays on Broadway show after The Nutcracker
