Here’s what we were up to in September. We bought a new car!

Caroline and I took the girls to see the new Little Mermaid movie at The Club pool. They had technical difficulties getting it to play, so we went home and watched it on Disney+.

Clare’s 8th Birthday party

Over Labor Day weekend, Grammy and I had a girl’s trip to Whistler for a friend’s wedding. Pooja was our neighbor when we lived in Issaquah, and was the flower girl at our wedding. Her parents are good friends of Grammy and Papa’s. We had a fantastic time celebrating with the happy couple, who had a Hindi ceremony the first day and a Western one the second day, followed by a brunch sendoff on Labor Day. Congrats, Pooja & James!

A couple days before the wedding we attended a Mehndi party at Seeta & Phani’s house, where we got henna for the wedding.

Here’s what we were up to in August. Layla and I got mani/pedis together.

We also went to visit Grammy and Papa and help with the move.

My friend, Niki, and I went to see Yellowcard play in Seattle. The violinist, Sean, was our neighbor back when we lived on Leitz. It was fun to see him play live. Forgot to get a pic of Niki & me.

First day of School!

This was the first and only year all three boys (technincally four, Jonathan went too)  will go to Boy Scout Camp together. This year it was at Melita Island, in Montana. It looks like they had a blast!
