Anniversary

We celebrated fourteen years of marriage on August 16th! Here are a few photos from our date night. We started out at the marina, moved on to Fairhaven, and ended up at a local brewery, Wander.

We had a couple more visits from out-of-town friends in August. John & Britney Burns, and their kids, Lola, Orion, & Freya came for an evening. We hadn’t seen them since they were only a family of four, and we had a great time catching up!

Anh & Brandon and their kids, Amaya & Tristan also came to visit. It was so fun seeing them again!

Walk on Campus

Early in August, we were downtown and decided to take the kids for a walk around campus. They had a a great time exploring red square and checking out all the cool art. We even took them inside one of the buildings, Bond Hall, to check out the classrooms.

Visits with Friends

One of the (many) things I love about summer is it’s when we often catch up with friends we haven’t seen in a while. We had a few visits from good out-of-town friends in July. The Smiths visited all the way from Singapore.

Later in the month Jacqui and Hayden came up to see us. They were neighbors in Snoqualmie, and we met because of Avery & Hayden, but we became fast friends.
