We got lucky and found a great deal on a little Hobie from Sammamish. It’s a ’92 and is about 12′ long, perfect for a little playing around on Rattlesnake Lake.

With Silas

We went sailing on Horsefeathers, a 34′ Ericson, one afternoon. It was an exciting trip around the busy harbor, weaving around all the Duffy’s and other boats. An especially interesting moment came when we approached a few paddle boarders in a narrow spot and their dog decided to jump off the board in front of us. Luckily, no one was harmed!

 

We spent a day at Disneyland this year. It was our first time going with no stroller and all of us could ride all the rides, which made it much faster to get around! Additionally, our family of six perfectly fits all the roller coasters.

We had another fun Snoqualmie Fourth of July this year. Started the day off with the downtown parade, went to the festival at the Community Park, came home to relax and unwind. Then we took Silas and Layla to the pool for a while before heading to our friends’ house to hang out and do some small fireworks before the big show!
