Here’s some more of what we were up to in July.
At the end of June, Avery & Kieron spent a week at Camp Invention. They enjoyed it so much, we decided to continue it at home with Silas. Here they are taking apart our old vacuum and seeing how it worked.
Watching The Sandlot together. The boys were all freaked out of “the beast”.
Avery attended tennis camp again this summer. Lo and behold, his good buddy Gideon was there too. We had him over to play one day afterwards, and decided to practice together at one of the local parks. They had me running around the court too!
Grammy and Papa were in the midst of selling their house in Texas and moving out here (yay!) when Layla was born. Here they are meeting their granddaughter!
Avery getting more baby holds!
I love her sign I ordered on Etsy!
The boys at Central Park in Issaquah
Neighborhood lemonade stand. 1/2 the proceeds went to the local food bank.

How can I not take a picture of this?
This was effective for a while

The boys at Lakewood, where Jonathan used to row
At Erik Johnson’s bench. Erik was Jonathan’s college roommate and rowing buddy. He was working as a pilot in Alaska when his plane disappeared in 2004. Jonathan enjoyed sharing this and stories about him with the boys.
