A few more picks from September:
Little Si. Look at all that white hair!
This little guy started Cub Scouts in the fall, and he absolutely LOVES it! He is a Tiger Scout, and was excited to have a buddy from preschool in his den. Here are a couple of not-so-good pics I snapped on my phone before we headed out to his first den meeting. Who knows, maybe he’ll become an Eagle Scout one day like his Daddy! With three little boys, I see the potential for many many pack/den meetings and adventures in the great outdoors!
September means back to school, and this year we have a first grader and a preschooler. There were lots of mixed emotions about the end of summer/beginning of the school year (not for me though, I was ready for it)! The boys were both excited and nervous, but they grew very close over the summer, and were pretty sad to have to spend the days apart again. So sweet!

Here are some of our pics from the end of summer. There were pool days, picnics, birthday parties, shopping outings, trips to the park(s), science projects, home projects, and newborn babies to meet.

Assembling garden beds together!
Summer = picnics in the back yard
Science project! Avery received this set from Nana and Grandpa for his birthday. Here’s Avery with his chrysali.
Another science project: making bouncy balls!

About to release the butterflies
A new friend for the boys arrived on 8/18, Ethan Arthur Christian. Congrats to Caroline, Chad and Ashlyn!
At the end of August, we drove to Pullman to visit my brother and his family. We had a great time, and the kids had a blast playing together! We visited the University of Idaho Arboretum, the Moscow farmer’s market, and a nearby park. We enjoyed delicious homemade pizza and huckleberry pancakes. All in all, a great trip!
